Dr. Samuel Ochieng has over 15 years of experience in community development and nonprofit leadership in East Africa. He holds a PhD in Development Studies from Makerere University and has previously worked with international organizations including UNDP and World Vision. Under his leadership, RORU has grown from a small community initiative to a recognized development organization serving thousands across Uganda.
